My sister Sharon sent me this TED video on the subject of “Gratitude” by Louie Schwartzberg, founder of Blacklight Films.  It has beautiful time-lapsed photography but what really grabbed me was an interview of a little girl around 3:45 minutes into the film.  She talks about watching TV vs exploring, explaining that:

“TV is about pretend, but when you explore,  you get more imagination than you already had and when you get more imagination, it makes you want to go deeper in so you can get more and see beautifuler things…”

That is exactly how I feel.  The real world is so much more interesting and right now my world is Sharps Chapel, TN.  I am extremely grateful to be living here and this video expresses many of my thoughts on why and how we can be grateful in our daily lives.

Please take the 10 minutes to watch it.  I guarantee that you will be happy at the end and look at things differently today and tomorrow.  I know I was and I did, and I will.

Life is and Adventure!
